The hotel is beautifully maintained with an appealing industrial style. The spacious room was well-equipped and the staff delivered exceptional service during a tornado watch. The real highlight was the breakfast. Armando went above and beyond to cater to my children's needs, ensuring we had everything we wanted for our morning meal. The ambiance in the breakfast area created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Some spots in the shower needed cleaning.

The hotel features a stunning industrial style complemented by well-maintained facilities. The breakfast experience was exceptional, with the staff, especially Armando, providing outstanding service that made mornings delightful for families. However, some areas of the shower could use better cleaning, and the evening bar staff displayed rudeness that detracted from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing stay with awesome breakfast!
The room was super spacious and that industrial vibe is just cool. The pool was fun for the kids. Shoutout to Armando for making breakfast a breeze. he helped us with to-go plates and was so kind. Only bummer was the shower could use a little scrubbing.

Nice stay but pool area could improve
Our family enjoyed our one-night stay. The room was spacious, perfect for our needs. While we loved the breakfast options, we found the pool area under-equipped. I recommend arriving early for a better chance at securing a table. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The hotel boasts a unique industrial style and stunning historic features. I loved the spacious room, filled with charm and comfort. Breakfast was a standout, with delicious homemade omelets made to order. The staff provided exceptional service, especially during the tornado watch, making us feel safe and welcomed. However, the pool area was crowded with kids, which made it noisy and chaotic. Limited seating around the pool added to the discomfort. I also noticed some cleaning spots in the shower that could use attention. Overall, the ambiance was inviting, and the views from the rooftop bar were lovely.

I stayed for two nights to visit family in Rockford, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The spacious two-room suite I had was very clean and included two TVs, which was a nice touch. The breakfast service was especially fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the team at the front desk was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. However, I did encounter a confusing charge at checkout, which left a bit of a sour note.

The location next to the river made my stay enjoyable. I loved the beautiful view from my room. The exposed brick and the unique décor gave the hotel a historic feel. The breakfast spread was exceptional, especially the made-to-order omelets. However, I faced some parking challenges. It was a hassle trying to find parking nearby, and the meters made me uneasy about being towed. Though the staff was friendly, there were periods when their availability felt lacking, especially during busy evenings. The room was well furnished but had cleanliness issues that were disappointing. I noticed crumbs under the dining table and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Overall, while there were great aspects like the atmosphere and food, the parking situation and cleanliness need serious attention.
